Tropical Attitude

On the sunrise side of island, there’s a relaxed and peaceful attitude to Tropical Attitude. Interiors draw inspiration from Creole architecture and are clean and refined – the sea-facing rooms and villas are decorated in neutral tones with pieces created by local craftsman including rattan furnishings. A small but charming property you’ll still find plenty to do – if you want to do anything other than laze the days away! – including catamaran cruises with lunch-time barbeque, Mauritian cooking lessons at Kot Nou and complimentary boat trips to Ile aux Cerfs. When it comes to drinking and dining, you have your pick of buffet and a la carte dining at the main restaurant, traditional street food (think rotis and chutneys) at the rustic Taba-J as well as two bars. And as part of the hotel’s commitment to being eco-friendly all products used in the spa are 100% natural and there’s a zero-single use plastic policy throughout.
