About Six Senses Kanuhura
Six Senses Kanuhura could be called a paradise for divers, or a paradise for nature lovers, or a paradise for those who want pure rest and relaxation.
However, it may be best described simply as a paradise.
For couples and families alike, this is a retreat like few others.
Your morning stroll can be a lap of the beautiful island, walking on perfect white sands known to be the best of the Maldives. The crystal clear water is home to turtles, naturally protected by the reef in warm lagoon waters that are perfect for exploring, or simply floating.
Those waters can also create memories to last a lifetime – trips out to see dolphins, or a luxurious sail to a private island that will be yours and yours alone for the day.
Experiences include water sports, handline fishing and spa experiences that include biohacking to make you feel truly replenished.
It is an amazing setting for those with children too, with learn-to-dive experiences that can be undertaken with the parents as well, family water sports, cooking, cinema under the stars and mother-daughter spa sessions.
Guests are never more than mere metres from water – ranging from the stunning infinity pool to the encircling lagoon. One of the toughest choices is which accommodation to have – be it a beachfront retreat, or an overwater villa from which you can literally jump into the ocean (or take the steps).
In a resort that takes huge pride in being sustainable, with guests invited to discover the steps taken, the fine dining uses locally sourced ingredients, including the fruits of the sea and produce grown within the hotel.
This is a resort that leaves a huge impact on guests, yet none on its local environment.
Sustainability tours including the organic and orchid gardens, water plant, and energy conservation endeavours.
An on-site marine biologist gives presentations on marine and turtle conservation.
Wellness centre, including gym, yoga pavilion, private and class studios, a nail bar, and an alchemy bar.
A spa and biohacking lounge, incorporating local tropical resources and secrets.
Ocean water sports.

However, it may be best described simply as a paradise.
