In the evening, enjoy a gorgeous sunset and gentle Maldives breeze, while savouring signature buffets and an a-la-carte menu inspired by cuisines from all around the world. Breakfast is served from 7.30 AM to 10.30 AM, dinner from 7.30 PM to 10.30 PM.

Bottega

Enjoy Italian dishes filled with flavour using freshly-cut herbs from the organic garden, and the freshest local and sustainably-sourced seasonal ingredients. The Sommelier’s handpicked Mediterranean wine menu provides the perfect accompaniment and an authentic taste of Italy. Dinner from 7.30 PM to 10.30 PM.

Sip & Sand

Relax for lunch at the poolside while you take in the aromas of fresh catch of the day and cooked-to-order meats being expertly grilled over a charcoal fire. In the evening, chefs mix things up with a taste of Japan, offering fresh sushi, sashimi and seafood dishes. Open from 10.00 AM with lunch served between 12.00 PM and 5.00 PM, dinner from 7.30 PM to 10.30 PM.

Drift

Nestled under the shade of coconut trees on the shores of Jehunuhura beach, Drift’s chefs prepare fish freshly caught from the local reef. Locally sourced herbs and spices are used to create an array of regionally-inspired curries and seafood dishes that are perfect for a light lunch by the water.Open for lunch from 12.00 PM to 3.00 PM.

The Point

The Point provides a modern tapas and wine experience where chefs use ingredients freshly and sustainably sourced from local fisherman and farmers, plus herbs from the resort’s organic garden. Featuring an interactive experience at the bar, where dishes are prepared and tips and secrets are shared. Lunch is served between 12.00 PM and 4.00 PM, dinner from 7.00 PM to 10.30 PM

Scoops

Guests with a sweet tooth and looking to cool down are invited to visit Scoops, with cakes and cookies baked fresh every day, ice cream and sorbets, and a variety of fresh fruit and vegetable juices and plant-based options are also available. Open between 12.30 PM and 10.30 PM.

Sunset Point

The ideal spot in which to savour the iconic Maldivian sunset and unwind with a tipple or three from an awesome drinks list, all accompanied by the resident DJ.
